Terms of Service

ZOS is available only to users who have been approved and given an account. There is no public registration. Access may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, including to protect the service or its data.

Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through their account.

Use ZOS only for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, probe or bypass security controls, misuse connected services, or use another person’s data without permission.

Users must follow the terms of connected services, including Google, when using those integrations through ZOS.

ZOS can connect to third-party services and act on a user’s instructions. The user is responsible for reviewing requested changes and the information sent to or retrieved from those services. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable.

Google Calendar remains the canonical calendar. ZOS may maintain a local mirror and may create, update, move, or delete Google Calendar events only in response to user-directed operations.

ZOS is provided as available and without a service-level guarantee. Features, integrations, and data synchronization may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Users should not rely on ZOS as the sole record for time-sensitive, financial, medical, legal, academic, or safety-critical information.

Users retain ownership of the information they provide and the information received from their connected accounts. Permission is granted to process that information only as needed to operate the requested ZOS features.

ZOS software, design, and branding remain the property of the operator and its licensors.

A user may stop using ZOS, revoke a connected service through that provider, or request account and data deletion by emailing zacharynguyen04@gmail.com. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

These terms may be updated when the service or its legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when updates are published.
